Sandrine Holt (born Sandrine ho) was born on the 19th of November, 1972, in London. Her parents are Chinese as well as French parents. At the age of five the family relocated from the Chinese region to Canada. The model was models on catwalks at Paris before becoming an actress. Her first film role was Annuka, in Black Robe (1991). For this role she was nominated to win The Genie Award the Canadian Oscar. Rapa Nui Rise In Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas, Dance with the Murderer and Poltergeist The Uncanny Force were the next films. She also made guest appearances on Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension as well as Poltergeist The Uncanny Force. She was a major part in John Woo's The Thief for 22 episodes. Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation and Resident Evil Apocalypse followed in 2004. Following a string of small parts in 24 Twenty Four, Runaway as well as other films, she was offered her first bigger role as a main character. In the following years, she had guest roles on the series as well as smaller roles in movies Holt took on a leading part on Hostages in 2013. She also had a supporting role in the Netflix show House of Cards. The Returned, The Returned, the US remake of The Returned, Holt played Julie Han.
